All our hotels and tours were excellent in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany.
Lapland in northern Finland was a great experience and the most enjoyable part of trip. Our hotels and excursions were excellent, the Husky Safari, Aurora Borealis was sensational and Santa Safari to Santa’s home and workshop was lots of fun!
The train from Stockholm to Copenhagen was not as flexible as we thought, when choosing to book direct, especially during the Christmas period of the year, as it is exceptionally busy, and flexibility with travel times is to be considered when booking.
Germany’s Christmas markets in Nuremberg and Munich were wonderful.
Our flights with Finnair were a very good airline and we enjoyed the service throughout our whole trip.
