The services of Cindy at Ciao Travel were personally recommended to us by a friend and were excellent.
All the hotels Cindy booked for us throughout France and Italy were all fantastic, in fact there was only one, with the lowest rating by us, that still came in as very good! We loved everything about each hotel, the views, the restaurants, great food, great staff and locations. Our favourites were the boutique hotel in Venice, where the staff made our stay even better!; and our the beautiful villa at the winery in Tuscany, as everything there was excellent, the atmosphere, views, cooking class, food and wine!
Food and Wine was one of our main experiences required for our trip, and Ciao Travel made sure we were well catered for in the the hotel restaurants, especially during our stay in Champagne and Provence, France, they were outstanding.
The day tours were all really enjoyable throughout the whole trip, and each guides was fantastic, and I guess, we enjoyed everyone of the tours due to the guides, their knowledge and friendliness.
We highly recommend the cooking classes, they were all lots of fun, and Cindy new each of the cooks and what we were to expect. The food we made was excellent quality.
The Amalfi Coast was our highlight, in fact it was beyond our expectations! We stayed at Hotel Covo Dei Saraceni with our room capturing amazing sea views.
